6 Year Tincture of Raw Spring Honey.
Tinctured in organic ethanol with comb intact, soon to be processed into an absolute for perfume. I'm offering a small amount of the tincture here.
Notes: At the outset there's a bouquet of florals: elderflower, linden blossom, along with darjeeling spring tendrils, the cutting musk of marigold, and earthy peppery musk of petunia. Sweet with notes of wild yeast and wildflowers, clover, wild white violets and alpine strawberries with a soft hay like musk carpeting the lower body of the honey. The longer it stays in tincture the more complex the resulting extract.
