Cortland Apple Concrete
My in house Cortland Apple concrete is from gently cured organic apples from my family’s tiny orchard, of 40+ year old apple trees. Dating back to 1898, the Cortland is a cross of the Ben Davis and McIntosh apples.
Notes: tart juicy Cortland apples, red apple skins, Vermont apple crisp with brown sugar infused apple flesh, cider, caramel, apple brandy, honeysuckle, and apple butter.
