What ripening begins, curing continues.

Ten organic fruits.

Two bananas. Three berries. Three stone fruits. One muscat raisin. One Smyrna fig.

Each fruit was cured before extraction, macerated in tincture for eight years, then concentrated through solvent evaporation into absolute form.

These materials began with fruit already passing out of its fresh state.

Curing altered the fruit's physical structure and moisture content before extraction began. The cured botanical matter then remained in tincture for eight years.

Only afterward did I evaporate the solvent, concentrating the ten extractions into absolutes.

The collection is both an aromatic archive and a comparative study.

Red Banana reveals an extraordinary character: raspberry and red fruits folded into honeyed rum, bruised tropical flesh, faint clove, resin and soft leathery warmth.

Cavendish begins with one of the world's most familiar fruits, whose aromatic complexity is often obscured by that familiarity.

The three berries—Red Raspberry, Black Raspberry and Mulberry—allow neighboring but distinct fruit identities to be examined together.

Red Raspberry offers a point of comparison with the raspberry character of Red Banana Absolute. Black Raspberry explores a darker botanical counterpart. Mulberry extends the investigation beyond Rubus into Morus.

Angelino Plum, Apricot and Bing Cherry form a three-part stone-fruit study: dark plum, golden apricot and red cherry, each with its own relationship between skin, flesh, sweetness and acidity.

Muscat Raisin carries the naturally floral-fruity identity of muscat grapes into the concentrated world of cured fruit.

Smyrna Fig completes the collection with a very different botanical architecture: enclosed flesh, granular seed-rich interior, delicate skin and the honeyed possibilities of cured fig.

It also creates a counterpart to the recent Fig Milk release, which explored different fig cultivars through spontaneous fermentation rather than curing and eight years of tincture extraction.

These are not reconstructed fruit accords.

They are concentrated extractions of actual cured organic fruit.

The rarity is not always in the fruit.
